Seeking applicants for a small, personalized Architectural firm focusing on Residential, Institutional, and Commercial Design projects. The successful candidate will possess experience in all project phases, Construction means and methods, building codes, and the ability to produce accurate drawings in AutoCAD.

Bachelor of Architecture Graduate. 3 years minimum experience in the field of Architecture.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

Design, project management, preparation of 3D visualizations, survey of existing conditions/creation of as-built drawings, drafting of construction documents, prepare presentations for client review, and strong communication skills.

Personal transportation is required for independent travel to project sites.

SOFTWARE PROFICIENCIES

AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Adobe, Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Sketch Up
